Hi Everyone,

CASS has two sets of two tickets to the Calgary Stampeders game against the Saskatchewan Roughriders for Friday May 31 @ 7pm, Row 5, Section X. There will be a draw on May 22nd for these tickets. If you want to be entered into the draw, please call CASS reception at (403) 283-0611.

MoMo Movement is holding a draw for 2 free tickets to their performance of “The Mind Palace” running from June 14-16. People who want to enter the draw are encouraged to make a drawing of their “Mind Palace (Imagination). You can enter the draw by calling (403) 283-0611 and asking for the Resource Facilitator, by responding to this email, or by handing me your drawing directly.

The Calgary Society of Community Opportunities is starting their Spring session for Social Skills programs on May 13th. Movement, Drumming, baking, and more programs are available. Please see the attached class description sheet and registration form.

Did you know that Calgary has an affordable mobile food market? On Tuesdays and Wednesdays the market is in either Sunalta, Bridgeland, Pineridge Shaganappi or Manchester. You can find more information and the schedule at Anyone can take part in the market, which aims to have all of the food selling for less than you would have to pay at any grocery store, and to stock fresh fruits and vegetables, eggs, bread, and some non-perishables. It is also a great opportunity tovolunteer, and you can find out more about that through the link above.

May 15: Outdoor Market Season Opener @ Hillhurst Sunnyside Farmer’s Market (1320 5 Ave NW) 3-7pm. Celebrate Spring with food, games, activities and giveaways.

May 17: Ratatouille- Free Family Movie Night @ Triwood Community Association (2244 Chicoutimi Drive NW) 6pm. Bring pillows, blankets etc. to have a cozy movie night. There will be snacks available for sale, as well.
